Assessment Day at the University of Buffalo is designed to help faculty, staff and administrators develop assessment strategies to improve life and learning on campus, and our theme for 2018, “Turning Data Into Action,” will focus on how we use data to inform our practice inside and outside of the classroom in an effort to create an ideal learning experience for current and future members of higher education.

Call for Proposals deadline is Friday, May 18
Proposals for concurrent sessions that discuss any or all stages of assessment are invited, with special interest in those that address how assessment can be used to improve student learning outcomes and/or program and service delivery.

Registration fee for non-UB attendees is $25.
Peggy Maki, education consultant specializing in assessing student learning in higher education, is this year’s keynote speaker and will lead the afternoon workshop.
