Senior Lecturer, Health Systems Management


The Executive in Resident role will support the Health Systems Management program by serving as a bridge been the practitioner and the academic community; introduce practical applications of academic theory in the classroom; provide a vehicle for the program to address disparities in diversity, equity and inclusion; and, represent a valuable resource for program constituents.

This new 12-month, part-time, non-tenured faculty role with blend responsibilities of teaching, service, scholarship and administration. Remote work options are available.

  • Graduate degree in health care management or related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in health systems management and leadership with strong evidence of success, experience within local, state and regional markets.
  • Evidence of knowledge, skills and ability to teach, advise, coach and develop opportunities for students to gain competency in health systems management and experience success in practice.
  • Ability to contribute in meaningful ways to the college’s continuing commitment to cultural diversity, pluralism, and individual differences.
